Little Miss Jamyla M.  Bolden
Jamyla Meyette Bolden was born February 9th, 2006 in St. Louis, MO to Kendric Henderson and James Bolden. She was a 4th grade student at Koch Elementary School in the Riverview Gardens School District. Jamyla loved school and was always excited to share her learning’s with her friends and family. She regularly attended St. John C.O.G.I.C. #2, where she was on the youth praise team.

Jamyla was a very caring and joyous child. She loved singing, dancing, and cooking and was always willing to lend a helping hand, especially in the kitchen. She was a very outgoing and charismatic little diva who had aspirations of being an entertainer and was looking forward to joining a cheerleading team with her cousin. Jamyla always put others before herself and made sure that you knew she loved you.

Jamyla is preceded in death by her grandmother, Ocie B. Bolden, grandfather, James Lewis, an aunt, Erica Henderson, cousins, Tony Henderson and Ivory Gorman, and her favorite uncle, M.L. Henderson.

She leaves to cherish her memory: her mother, Kendric Henderson (special friend, Steve Johnson); father, James Bolden (Victoria Bolden); grandmother, Latina Henderson (Joseph Jordan); grandfather, Nathaniel Williams (Arlene Wren); four brothers, Kyndal Bolden 10, James Bolden, Jr. 16, Quontell Lockett 9, and Elijah Bolden 2; one sister, Daysha Lockett 7; her favorite cousins, Rayell Hickman 9 and Kaiden Johnson 3; along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends
